Fantastic location near Lake Constance and great bike tour options. Check-in was confusing due to unclear signage.

The breakfast was delicious and fantastic and with many options, the staff was friendly. The location of this hotel next to cafe restaurant at near boden see lac and an old clock tower was marvellous and fantastic.

The location in town was superb, providing easy access to attractions and amenities. The room was modern and spacious, perfectly balanced with tasteful decor. Breakfast impressed me with a diverse selection. I also loved the fine city view from my room.

The pool area felt a bit cold .

Well-appointed and well furnished room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Friendly attentive and reasonably good staff, free wake up service and ironing available. Great location, right at Ferry Friedrichshafen.

We stayed at this hotel twice. The first time we were given a very spacious room, which was very comfortable. The second time the room was very small which made our stay much less comfrtable and enjoyable.

The rooms were clean and spacious. I particularly enjoyed the gourmet breakfast buffet, with a good selection of fresh pastries and fruits. The indoor pool area provided a nice, cozy space for relaxation, even on cloudy days.

They were located in a good spot for walking around the lake side.

We are military, and we have an exemption from tax form that saves 19% off of purchases. The manager at the hotel raised her voice when my husband presented the form at check out and treated him poorly. She was not polite and she was over animated. It is a volunteer program to give back the 19% tax, and would have secured our coming back and recommending the hotel to other military members. As it is: I do not recommend this hotel because of the poor treatment at check out and because the manager could not be bothered to fill out the forms and give us our tax free break...

The room was lovely, quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I appreciated the complimentary hot beverages in my room. Breakfast stood out as abundant and varied every day. The location is fantastic, close to the pier for catching ferries or trains. Staff were really good. They provided detailed directions to Reichenau Island, and when I forgot my credit card at checkout, Diana ran to catch me on the ferry. It was excellent! I encountered a few issues. I also noticed that with the central location, noise from church bells can be disruptive early in the morning. I felt the sauna should be pre-heated for better comfort upon opening. Despite these inconveniences, clean and spacious rooms were good.

Booked single room but received upgrade to one of the renovated rooms on the 5 th floor with sun terrace and magnificent view on the Boden See. Bright, elegant & modern room. Fantastic !

Place was nice and fabulous, enjoyed the stay.

The room was relaxing and brilliant and with a particularly good view to Swiss mountains. It had an exceptionally comfortable bed and included a particularly good bathroom a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

Hotel staff

I pay 150 Euro /per day and I think it is too much for what they offer. It wasn't a room of Four star how they present. I suggest to find another hotel.I felt robbed because the room was below my expectations.

Location near Lake Constance is ideal for explorers.

A+ breakfast. Staff very helpful and accommodating with our three young children. Bike garage and parking lot with plenty of space for bikes and large bike trailers (we biked around the entire Bodensee with the kids).

Goodlocation andgenerally very pleasant hotel,only negatives were difficulty finding way in as not obvious you drive thru pedestrian area and reception staff were not friendly or helpful; however all other staff were very nice

Reception staff verged on being rude, odd as bar and dining room staff very good
